Cancellation policy

This policy outlines the terms for purchasing digital products and managing subscription cancellations on AbletonTemplate.com, operated by Ableton Template LLC.

One-Time Purchases

  • All products sold are digital and delivered instantly via email and/or account dashboard.

  • Because of the nature of digital goods, all one-time purchases are final and non-refundable.

Subscriptions

We offer weekly and monthly subscriptions that include store credit and access benefits.

  • Free Trial: Most plans include a 30-day trial with 1 free template download.

  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule selected at checkout.

  • Store Credit: Subscribers receive $25 in store credit every 7 days. These credits:

    • Are issued each week while your subscription is active

    • Expire 30 days after being issued

    • Are forfeited if your subscription is canceled or billing fails before credit issuance

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to subscription fees, bundles, or discounted items

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You will retain access until your billing period ends.

  • No refunds are issued for unused days or partially used periods.

  • Canceling early may mean you do not receive the full value of credits associated with your plan.

Exceptions

We may provide store credit or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong file

  • You were charged more than once

  • Your file is corrupted or won’t open as intended
