You can download one free track as part of a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at checkout. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged $19.99/month and automatically enrolled in the full subscription, which includes store credits and exclusive benefits. Terms are clearly displayed during product selection, cart, and checkout, and you’ll receive a reminder email 24 hours before your trial converts to paid status.

When you start a free trial, it’s clearly stated at every step of the checkout process — including on the product page, the “Add to Cart” button, in the cart, and again at checkout. You must agree to our Terms of Service to proceed.

The free trial includes one free template and lasts for 30 days, after which you are automatically enrolled in our monthly subscription at $19.99/month. This is standard policy and is confirmed via email:

• pre-renewal reminder email 24 hours before your trial ends

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hi@abletontemplate.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Important: Store credits are issued weekly in $25 increments. If you cancel early, you will not receive the remaining credits for that cycle. For example, if you cancel after two weeks, you’ll have received only $50 out of the $100 monthly credit. We strongly recommend canceling toward the end of your billing period to receive the full value.

Credits earned but unused will expire based on their original 30-day window.

Once cancelled, your credits will stop accruing immediately, and any stored credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. You retain access to previously downloaded templates, but no new credits will be issued

All sales are final for digital downloads. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been delivered or credit applied. Exceptions may be made within 7 days if you:

• received the wrong file,
• were charged more than once, or
• downloaded corrupted or unusable content.

No. Your subscription with AbletonRemakes.com does not transfer automatically. You’ll need to cancel your previous subscription and subscribe again at AbletonTemplate.com.

Subscribers receive $100 in monthly store credit, automatically added to their account in $25 weekly increments. The first $25 is added on your billing date, and another $25 every 7 days after — up to $100 per month. This credit can be used on any templates in the store and continues each month until your subscription is canceled or payment fails.

Yes. Each $25 credit expires 30 days after it’s issued. Unused credits will automatically expire and cannot be rolled over. We are not responsible for any unused or expired credits, so we recommend using them weekly to get the most value from your subscription.

Yes! Many items are available for one-time purchase and do not enroll you into a subscription. These purchases don’t include weekly credits. Always review if a product is labeled as part of a free trial or subscription before buying

Yes, subscription credits can be combined with other store credits in your account. However, they cannot be used on bundles or promotional deals such as “Buy 2 Get 1 Free,” subscription plans, or discounted packs. Credits apply only to individual, full-price items.
